Dr. Tom Lewis
Originally from Stewartville, Minnesota, Dr. Tom Lewis took an early interest in dentistry while volunteering at the Good Samaritan Dental Clinic in Rochester. He then attended the University of Minnesota for his undergraduate and dental education, where he earned his Doctorate in Dental Surgery. After school, Dr. Lewis worked as an associate at a rural practice in Southeast Minnesota, refining his skills as a general dentist. During this period, he graduated from the highly-regarded Restorative Driven Implants (RDI) program, gaining advanced training in oral surgery and dental implant placement. He was the town’s primary provider of oral surgery services during this time. These skills have enabled Dr. Lewis to present his patients with the best options that modern dentistry has to offer. He continues to enhance his knowledge through extensive continuing education opportunities and is a proud member of the following organizations:
• American Dental Association (ADA)
• Minnesota Dental Association (MDA)
• American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID)
Dr. Lewis strives to make Lake City Dental a comfortable, trustworthy home for all of your dental care. He treats his patients like family and is an active member of the Lake City community. Honesty and transparency guide every interaction, ensuring that you are well-informed before making decisions.
In his free time, Dr. Lewis enjoys cooking, reading, fitness, and following Minnesota sports. You can also find him spending time with his wife, Jessi, and their two dogs, Halen and Dexter.
